重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑梗死后抑郁的疗效及对血管内皮生长因子的影响

摘要
目的观察重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)治疗脑梗死后抑郁的临床疗效及对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法将106例病人随机分为两组,对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)治疗,治疗组接受黛立新和r TMS治疗,疗程为4周。于治疗前后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定及血清VEGF水平的测定。结果治疗组总有效率84.90%;对照组总有效率50.94%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAMD评分经r TMS治疗后减分明显,VEGF水平在r TMS治疗后显著提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 r TMS治疗脑梗死后抑郁较单用西药治疗有较好疗效且对VEGF有影响。
