电动汽车潜在消费者特征识别和市场接受度研究

摘要
发展电动汽车对促进节能减排、带动产业转型升级有重要意义。目前消费者对电动汽车的接受度不高是导致电动汽车市场发展缓慢的主要原因之一。研究电动汽车潜在消费者的特征和市场接受度不仅有利于探究市场发展的关键影响因素,而且也是政策制定的重要决策依据。本文在构建电动汽车市场接受度影响因素模型的基础上,通过网络调研1071名私家车车主,并运用卡方检验和多项Logistic回归等统计方法实证研究消费者对电动汽车接受度的主要影响因素。结果表明年龄、学历水平和家庭平均年收入对电动汽车的市场接受度有显著影响,消费者更倾向于购买电动汽车作为家庭第二辆车,其特征是本科学历、家庭平均年收入为15-30万元之间、对电动汽车比较了解和试驾过电动汽车。回归结果表明社会影响、充电便利性和感知风险是电动汽车市场接受度的主要影响因素,其中充电便利性因素对不愿意购买电动汽车的消费者的影响大于愿意购买电动汽车替换燃油车的消费者,从众心理是影响消费者愿意购买电动汽车替换燃油车的因素。最后,基于研究结果,本文为电动汽车产业的发展提出政策建议。
