踝关节外侧副韧带损伤诊断治疗研究进展

摘要：
踝关节扭伤是一种常见的运动性损伤,其中77%为踝关节外侧副韧带损伤,在外侧副韧带损伤中有73%为距腓前韧带(anterior talofibular ligament,ATFL)断裂或撕裂。大部分踝关节外侧副韧带损伤患者通过保守治疗可以获得较满意的疗效,仍有20%的患者需要进行手术治疗。目前对该疾病的诊治和疗效仍存在争议。本文将从踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的诊断、治疗和研究进展等方面作一综述。
