Objective To investigate the role of Wnt signaling pathway hypofunction mediated by dephosphorylation ofβ-catenin in the impaired wound healing of type 1 diabetic rats.Methods The back skin defect wounds were produced in rats with type 1 diabetes.These rats were divided into control,diabetes,lithium chloride treatment,and epidermal growth factor(EGF)treatment
