Human rights protection in prisons is an important part of China’s National Human Rights Action Plan and the human rights conditions in prisons constitute an important hallmark of the human rights protection level of the country.In order to get to know more about human rights protection in this special area, this reporter paid a visit to the No.4 Prison in Henan Province, central China.
