Let C=(c) be an m×n （0,1）-matrix. Let R=（r,…,r） and S=（s,…,s） be nonnegative integral vectors. Denote by （?）（R,S） the set of all m×n （0, 1）-matrices A=(a) satisfying a≥c,a+…+a=r,a+…+a=sfor 1≤i≤m, 1≤j≤n.
