数字化与战略管理理论——回顾、挑战与展望

摘要
随着人工智能、大数据、云计算、移动互联网和物联网等数字科技的蓬勃发展,数字化正在深刻影响企业的内外部环境。作为强调企业与环境动态匹配的学科,战略管理自然面临着如何在新形势下实现理论对变化环境的理论映射。然而,学界对于以全新的理论解释与指导数字化情境中的企业实践,还是通过修正现有理论使其适应新环境变化,还是完全可以依靠以往理论作为"认知地图"指导学术研究和企业实践,存在着不一致、甚至对立的观点。在回顾战略管理核心理论、讨论数字化环境的主要特点、以及梳理现有文献对于数字化和战略管理理论关系的基础上,本文尝试总结数字化对现有战略管理理论的挑战、讨论数字化拓展战略管理理论的可能、以及展望未来研究的可能方向,以期为开展基于数字化情境的战略管理研究提供借鉴,并为数字化背景下企业的管理实践带来启示。
