摘要
Drug resistance of caner cells is one of the main obstacles in cancer chemotherapy andits mechanism is very complex.The cross resistance to many unrelated antitumor drugsappears when the mammal tumor cells are induced by only one drug.The main charactersof this multiple drug resistance are the overexpression of 150—170ku glycoprotein(P-gp)inthe cell membrane.P-gp pumps out the tumor drugs entering the cells by using the energy
