"人权主流化"是近年来人权研究与实践领域的热点之一。本文界定了人权主流化的涵义,并从文本与机制两个方面,回顾了人权主流化的发展历程;从理论和实践层面,剖析了人权主流化的驱动力量;阐释了人权主流化的功能和意义。
