In this Work the isotope shift spectra of uranium have been measured by means of the laser optogalvanie technique. A double-channel detecting system has been proposed for the first time, having increased the sensitivity and the accuracy of measurement. The magnetic dipole moment constant Aand the electrical quadrupole moment constant Bfor the ground state 5f6d 7s-and the excited state 5f6d7s7p-Min atomicU have been measured and calculated respectively. In the case of the incomplete resolution of the hyperfine componentS, all the non-resolved or directly unmeasurable ones can be calculated if five of them have been measured accurately.
