摘要
Ⅰ. INTRODUCTIONThe fractal is an irregular form with the self-similarity between the ordered and the fully disordered structure. Although there is a very complex conformation for the polypeptide chain of proteins by spontaneous folding and wrapping in the three-dimension space, several types of regular conformations, such as α-helix and β-sheet, have been formed. Therefore, it should be a research topic of interest to study the fractal and the fractal dimension of the
