摘要：
Von Hippel-Lindau(VHL)病虽然发病率较低,但受影响的个体容易产生多种肿瘤,如眼部肿瘤、肾和脑肿瘤等,最近已发现了VHL基因,将其定位在染色体3p25区,很可能是一个新的肿瘤抑制基因,这将对VHL病或肿瘤的诊断和治疗都有重要意义。
