Synthesis and electrochemical performance of ZnCo2O4 nanotubes

摘要
采用静电纺丝法制备ZnCoO一维纳米纤维前驱体,通过不同的煅烧温度得到纤维结构完整的ZnCoO纳米管。通过XRD、SEM和电化学测试等方法对ZnCoO材料进行结构和性能表征。研究结果表明,制备的纳米纤维直径在0.13~0.22μm之间,且纤维结构完整,表面粗糙,有利于电解液的渗透和储存。在100 mA/g的条件下,ZnCoO的首次可逆比容量达到972.9 mAh/g,循环200次后,比容量仍能保持431.2 mAh/g以上。
