Patent Trolls是我国科技公司面临的一个重要问题。文章为科技公司解决以下问题提供参考:(1)Patent Trolls的内涵及运行;(2)防御专利侵权诉讼的时间与成本;(3)应对Patent Trolls的选择——谈判vs.诉讼;(4)谈判战略;(5)益于诉讼的建议。
