TRPV1的生物学特性与艾灸镇痛研究结合的思路分析

摘要
目的:瞬时感受器电位香草酸受体亚型1(TRPV1)可以感受温热刺激,并且与疼痛的关系极为密切。温热刺激是艾灸发挥效应的重要因素之一,并且艾灸镇痛效应明确,因此,艾灸镇痛效应与TRPV1功能的发挥具有密切的联系。方法:本文总结TRPV1的生物学特征及与疼痛的关系,同时结合分析艾灸温热刺激的特性,探讨以TRPV1为切入点研究艾灸镇痛机制的思路。结论:本研究为今后艾灸镇痛的研究提供新的思路。
