Objective To investigate the association between serum uric acid and all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods We searched Pub Med,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases to collect cohort studies investigating the relationship between serum uric acid and all-cause or cardiovascular mortality in patients with DM.Literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,
