基于待恢复树切割的配电网故障恢复实时算法

摘要：
以往的文献通常把配电网故障恢复问题的模型建立在联络开关 /分段开关的开关对组合优化上 ,因而带来了计算量大、并行性差的问题。文中提出了待恢复树的概念 ,充分利用失电区的网络呈辐射状的特点 ,把问题转化为待恢复树切割问题 ,大大降低了问题的复杂度。同时采用三相潮流计算配电网的潮流分布 ,所以恢复算法计及了三相不平衡带来的问题。由于在待恢复树的切割过程中自动保持网络的辐射状 ,并考虑电流和电压的约束 ,在缩小了问题的解空间的基础上大大降低了潮流计算次数。由于算法固有的并行性 ,所以特别适用于发生多重故障时的系统恢复供电
