银染PCR-SSCP检测大肠癌p53基因突变

摘要
采用银染PCR-SSCP法检测肠癌细胞株及30例新鲜肠癌P53基因突变。结果发现LOVO细胞p53基因外显子5、6、7发生突变,LS174T细胞P53基因的外显子5、8发生突变,30例新鲜肿瘤标本p53基因外显子5、6、7、8的突变例数各为4、0、4、4例。大肠癌P53基因突变热点为外显子5、7、8。
