企业间高管联结与慈善行为一致性——基于汶川地震后中国上市公司捐款的实证研究

摘要：
本文使用网络分析方法研究企业之间的高管联结对企业慈善行为的影响。文章基于我国上市公司汶川地震捐款数据和企业间高管联结数据,使用QAP(Quadratic Assign-ment Procedure)相关与回归分析方法,研究发现:(1)存在高管联结的公司之间在捐款行为方面表现出一致性,即如果目标公司捐款,联结公司捐款的可能性增大;(2)外部高管联结(由独立董事形成的联结)与内部高管联结(由除独立董事之外的其他高管形成的联结)都对公司间捐款行为一致性有显著的正向影响,但外部高管联结的影响要弱于内部高管联结;(3)随着企业间高管联结距离(直接联结为1步距离,间接联结的距离不小于2步)的增加,公司之间捐款行为一致性程度呈先升后降的倒U型关系(在2步距离时达到顶峰)。上述结论不仅在理论上表明社会网络关系也会影响公司的捐款行为,也在实践方面为相关政策提供了有益启示。
