摘要：

The paper has made a comparison among some decision models of G-DSS.Based on Set Pair Analysis,it integrates the advantages and shortcomings of decision models of G-DSS and puts forward SP-DSS.Furthermore,the principle of SP-DSS to make decision as well as its application to diagnose sick systems is expounded,and the program flow chart of SP-DSS is presented.
