<正>Tin oxide nanoparticles with the average size of 17.4 nm (firing at 600℃for 2 h) have been successfully prepared through a sol-gel process starting with tin dichloride and absolute ethanol as precursors.The particles were characterized by TGA,XRD,SEM and TEM.And preliminary sensing properties were given.
