Effects of EGTA,verapamil and trifluoperazine on ABA,and xylem sap pH of maize seedling under drought stress

摘要
试验研究钙试剂对干旱胁迫玉米脱落酸与木质部汁液pH的影响结果表明,EGTA、异博啶和三氟啦嗪处理均能提高玉米木质部汁液pH;EGTA、异博啶处理后玉米叶茎根中脱落酸含量降低,木质部汁液中脱落酸浓度与叶茎根脱落酸含量并没有明显相关性,表现出复杂变化;三氟啦嗪处理后玉米根中脱落酸含量升高,茎、叶中脱落酸含量降低,且叶木质部汁液中脱落酸浓度亦降低,而茎、根木质部汁液中脱落酸浓度无明显变化。
