肝移植后丙型肝炎的复发可导致肝脏损伤加速、移植物失活及患者生存率大幅度下降。但遗憾的是目前还没有有效的治疗方法治疗丙型肝炎的复发,成为当前医生面临的挑战性问题之一。一、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)复发的自然病程丙型肝炎复发的定义为血中再次出现HCV RNA阳性。围手术期HCV RNA出现在供肝植入后再灌注时,许多患者在手
