摘要：
The practice of stratified English teaching is determined by the features of vocational education. In addition, it is an inexorable trend of current higher education reform, and also a fundamental demand of higher vocational education and quality-oriented education. This thesis argues for the need of stratified English teaching in high vocational colleges.
