太极拳治疗骨关节炎的系统评价和Meta分析

摘要：

目的:系统评价太极拳治疗骨关节炎(OA)的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普期刊数据库、万方数据库,纳入太极拳治疗OA的随机临床对照试验(RCT)。根据Cochrane handbook 5.1.0评价研究质量,应用Rev Man 5.3和Stata 12.0软件进行分析。结果:共纳入12个RCTs,共542名受试者,Meta分析结果显示,太极拳可改善OA患者的疼痛(SMD=-0.64,95%CI[-0.90,-0.38],P<0.00001)、生理功能(SMD=-0.78,95%CI[-1.01,-0.55],P<0.00001)、关节僵硬(SMD=-0.89,95%CI[-1.43,-0.35],P=0.001)以及行动能力。而生活质量方面,两组差异无统计学意义。结论:太极拳可有效改善OA患者的疼痛及关节功能,且无明显不良反应。
