摘要：
血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)是组织淀粉样蛋白A的前体物质,是急性时相反应蛋白之一,在机体受到感染、创伤、炎症等损伤后,SAA水平迅速升高。近年来,随着对SAA的基因调控、蛋白结构及生物学功能研究的深入,发现SAA也参与慢性炎性疾病发病过程。该文现就SAA家族的基因结构、生物学功能及在慢性炎性疾病中的应用进行综述。
