<正> Anti-sensory neuron monoclonal antibody has been prepared by fusing SP2/0 myeloma cells with splenic cells from mice immunized with the specific protein of sensory neuron, which was isolated by means of isoelectric focusing electrophoresis. It belongs to the IgG1 class. Immunohistological studies show that this immunostaining is specific only for sensory neuron.
