技术进步能提高能源效率吗?——基于中国工业部门的实证检验

摘要：
由于技术进步对能源消费存在的回报效应,使得衡量技术进步对能源效率的影响变得复杂。本文以35个工业行业为样本,用非参数的DEA-Malmquist生产率方法分解广义技术进步为科技进步、纯技术效率和规模效率3个部分,然后采用面板技术估算了这3个部分对能源效率的作用。结果表明,技术效率(纯技术效率与规模效率的乘积)是工业部门能源效率提高的主要原因,科技进步的贡献相对低些,但随着时间推移,科技进步的作用逐渐增强,技术效率的作用慢慢减弱。
