摘要：

目的:探讨MMP-9在人胃癌细胞SGC7901、BGC-823中的表达及意义。方法:选择两种不同的胃癌细胞(人胃癌转移淋巴结细胞SGC7901,人胃低分化腺癌细胞BGC-823细胞),采用细胞免疫化学SABC法对两种胃癌细胞中MMP-9表达情况进行检测和分析。结果:MMP-9在两种胃癌细胞中都高表达,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:MMP-9在胃癌细胞SGC7901中的高表达与其细胞的转移能力密切相关。
