IL-17与IFN-γ在尖锐湿疣免疫发病机制中的作用研究

摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-17与干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)在尖锐湿疣(CA)免疫发病机制中的作用。方法采用回顾性、抽样与双盲方法,选择2014年2月至2017年2月在四川省人民医院皮肤性病科诊治的CA患者112例作为观察组,同期来该院进行常规体检的健康者112例作为对照组,检测与记录两组对象的血清IL-17与IFN-γ水平并进行相关性影响因素分析。结果观察组的血清IL-17、IFN-γ水平分别为(156.29±34.14)、(0.14±0.04)pg/mL,对照组分别为(102.49±27.49)、(5.45±0.28)pg/mL,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关法分析显示CA患者的IL-17与IFN-γ呈负相关(r=-0.452,P=0.003)。多因素Logistic分析结果显示CA患者的病程大于或等于3年与复发为影响IL-17与IFN-γ的主要独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 CA患者伴随IL-17表达升高与IFN-γ表达降低,且与患者的病程与复发明显相关。
