摘要：

目的:回顾1956～2007年针灸文献,探索针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症用穴和治疗方法的规律。方法:根据《中国现代针灸信息数据库》数据,采用计量分析方法进行综合分析。结果:环跳、委中、阳陵泉、夹脊使用频次最高,针刺疗法应用最多,电针疗法次之。结论:针刺、电针疗法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的常用、有效方法;环跳、委中、阳陵泉、夹脊可作为针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症基础方,并随症选穴。
