摘要：

在系统分析我国实施草原生态补偿的战略意义基础上,结合国内外生态补偿的研究与实践,详细论述了生态补偿的理论发展、研究热点和发展趋势,并在此基础上提出了我国实施草原生态补偿的几点建议,即草原生态补偿要以科学的区域规划为基础,以准确的对象瞄准为依据,坚持政府主导与市场机制相结合,逐步向以市场机制为主导的方向发展。
