摘要：

<正> As a branch of mechanics, the subject random vibration, emerging in the middle of the 1950s in connection with the rapid development of aircraft and rocket engineering, mainly deals with the probabilistic behavior of dynamical systems under nondeterministic excitations. Today it has found applications in a wide range of areas, such as ship and offshore structrue, vehicle, bridge, tall building and nuclear reactor engineerings.
