艾滋病相关炎症性皮肤粘膜疾病

摘要：
HIV感染导致的机体免疫缺陷常引起皮肤黏膜非感染性炎症性病变,如脂溢性皮炎、干燥症、银屑病、特应性皮炎、嗜酸性毛囊炎、结节性痒疹、药物反应、光敏性皮炎等。这些艾滋病相关的皮肤粘膜炎症性疾病在发病率、临床表现、治疗反应、及HIV感染的预后有一定的特点,并且可能是HIV/AID患者的重要诊断证据及作为疾病进展的标志物。随着抗反转录病毒治疗的开展,HIV感染相关的炎症性皮肤病的发病率及临床表现也有所变化。了解HIV感染或艾滋病患者皮肤粘膜表现对艾滋病的诊治具有积极的意义。本文将介绍一些常见的HIV相关炎症性皮肤病。
