摘要：
Decree No 60. jointly issued by the State Bureau of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Customs Regulations on Recall of Defective Automobile Products has been approved by the four government departments and now is made public. It will come into force on Oct 1, 2004. The Regulations will first be applied on M1 category vehicles ( passenger vehicles with no more than 9 total seats ) and others are subject to further notices
