Baoji No. 2 Power Plant situated at Shitoupe village, Changqing Township, Fengxiang County, Baoji City, has a planned generating capacity 4×300 MW, and a total capital investment 6.25 billion yuan RMB. The State Investment Bank and Shaanxi Provincial government invests 70% and 30% respectively. The first unit is planned to be commissioned in 1998, and totally completed in the year 2000.
