CdxZn1-xS纳米颗粒制备及其光催化性能

采用共沉淀法一步合成了不同成分的CdxZn1-xS纳米晶体。利用X射线衍射仪分析发现产物CdxZn1-xS纳米晶体均为立方相固溶体结构,晶粒大小在10~15 nm之间。扫描电子显微镜观察到CdxZn1-xS纳米晶体颗粒团聚为300~500 nm的球状结构。研究了前驱物中不同镉和锌的原子配比对CdxZn1-xS纳米晶体的形貌,结构以及光催化活性的影响。结果显示Cd0.5Zn0.5S具备最佳催化活性,经过6 h的光催化测试其稳定光催化制氢速率约为774μmol/h·g。
