It is almost a decade since the world witnessed the establishment of the People’s Republic of China. Under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and Chairman Mao Tse-tung, the Chinese people have successfully carried out with a speed unprecedented in history the reformation and reconstruction of her social order and national economy with a view to building up a great socialist New China.
