Ce0.8Pr0.2-xNdxO2-δ(x=0.02,0.05,0.1)固溶体的合成与性质研究

摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了双稀土掺杂氧化铈Ce0.8Pr0.2-xNdxO2-δ(x=0.02,0.05,0.1)固溶体。X射线衍射分析阐明,经800℃烧结的全部固溶体都形成了单相立方萤石结构,平均晶粒尺寸在20~25 nm之间。拉曼光谱结果阐明,固溶体Ce0.8Pr0.2-xNdxO2-δ是具有氧空位的立方萤石结构,适量的掺杂Nd有利于Ce0.8Pr0.2-xNdxO2-δ氧空位浓度的增加。阻抗谱结果阐明,稀土双掺杂的Ce0.8Pr0.2-xNdxO2-δ比稀土单掺杂的Ce0.83Sm0.17O2-y的电导率高,Ce0.8Pr0.18Nd0.02O2-δ的电导率最大,600℃时电导率为1.85×10-2S/cm。
