植物B3转录因子的结构和功能

摘要
B3基因家族是植物所特有的,在植物中广泛存在的大转录因子家族。B3家族含有B3-DNA结合结构域,通过结合特异性DNA序列而在植物生长发育中起重要调控作用。晶体结构分析显示B3-DNA结构域和Eco RII(Eco RII-N)以及Bfi I限制性酶切位点(Bfi I-C)具有相同的蛋白质折叠特性。根据结构特征和功能可将B3家族分为5个亚家族:ARF家族、ABI3家族、HIS家族、RAV和REM亚家族,这些基因家族在调控植物的生长发育、器官形态建成、花芽分化以及应答多种逆境胁迫中发挥重要作用。本研究综述了B3基因家族的结构特征和5个亚家族的主要功能作用,为深入研究该基因家族提供一定参考。
