<正> To solve the problem of EM's image quality declining in highmagnification, one powerful way is the Digital Image Processing(DIP). We have developed a processing system based on IBM PCseries computer. This system is mainly used in the imageprocessing of EM which is of a scanning work mode, such as STEM,SEM, EPMA, STM etc.
