This article mostly discusses the classifications, characteristics and functions of the information teaching circumstance. Compared with the characteristics and disadvantages of traditional English teaching mode, taking the modern education technology and constructivism theory as the guide, discusses how to construct the new English course teaching mode under the information circumstance.
