摘要：

目的检验服药信念特异性问卷(BMQ-Specific)在我国机械瓣膜置换术后华法林抗凝患者中应用的信度和效度。方法翻译并修订BMQ-Specific,用中文版BMQ-Specific问卷对164例机械瓣膜置换术后出院患者进行电话调查,对测定结果进行信、效度分析。结果中文版BMQ-Specific问卷内容效度为0.90;问卷必要性和顾虑2个维度与总分的相关系数分别为0.75和0.82(均P<0.01);因子分析萃取了2个公因子,方差累积贡献率为61.47%。问卷的Cronbach′sα系数为0.77,重测信度为0.83,评定者间的一致性信度为0.93。结论中文版BMQ-Specific问卷信、效度较好,可用于机械瓣膜置换术后患者华法林服药信念的评估。
