麦冬有效成分的药理活性及作用机制研究进展

摘要
麦冬是我国临床常用的中药之一,具有养阴生津、润肺清心的功效,临床应用日益广泛。本文重点就近年来英文期刊发表的麦冬有效成分及其药理作用进行综述,归纳出麦冬的有效成分的类型有皂苷、黄酮、氨基酸和多糖等,具有抗心肌缺血、抗血栓形成、抗炎、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、增强免疫、改善肝肺损伤及镇咳等药理作用,具有广阔的开发前景。
