摘要
MicroRNA-122是肝脏特异性miRNA,不仅对肝细胞的生长周期、脂肪代谢等肝脏生理功能具有重要的调节作用,在肝脏急慢性损伤、肝硬化、酒精性肝炎和肝脏肿瘤等疾病的发生发展中亦起关键作用。本文讨论了MicroRNA-122在肝脏损伤、病毒性肝炎和肝脏肿瘤方面的研究进展。
