CaxMgyAlmSi_nOz:Ln(Ln=Ce3+,Tb3+,Eu3+)三色荧光粉的结构调控、发光性质及在白光二极管中的应用

摘要
基于紫外/近紫外光激发的高效三基色荧光粉的研发对于白光LED的应用发展具有重要意义。通过高温固相法合成一系列Ce3+、Tb3+和Eu3+单掺杂CaxMgyAlmSi_nOz (Ca2Mg0.25Al1.5Si1.25O7,Ca2Mg0.5Al Si1.5O7,Ca2Mg0.75Al0.5Si1.75O7,Ca20Al26Mg3Si3O68)的三基色荧光粉。通过Rietveld精修、晶体结构模拟和密度泛函理论计算等对样品晶体结构和带隙结构进行研究,分析了化学计量数调控晶体结构及其对发光性的影响。结果表明:通过发光性能对比,挑选出优质蓝、绿、红三基色荧光粉Ca2Mg0.25Al1.5Si1.25O7:0.06Ce3+、Ca2Mg0.5Al Si1.5O7:0.06Tb3+和Ca2Mg0.25Al1.5Si1.25O7:0.07Eu3+,三者量子效率分别为28.13、26.42和26.75,荧光寿命分别为42.23 ns、2.88 ms和2.21 ms,发光热稳定性良好;最后,将三基色荧光粉与紫外芯片结合制作了白光发光二极管(LED),并测试其发光效率、相关色温和显色指数等性能参数,结果表明这些荧光粉在紫外激发白光LED中具有潜在的应用前景。
