Dear editor,In remote sensing research, change detection is said to be a hot spot because of its many applications [1], and lots of synthetic aperture radar(SAR) image change detection methods are proposed. In this study, to address the problem that the accuracy of SAR image change detection needs to be improved, a multi-feature parallel probabilistic neural network(PPNN) is proposed.
