摘要：
The resolution of the problem of Urban Residence is important for realization of Sustainable Human Settlements. Along with the acceleration of urbanization in China, all aspects concerning the problem of urban residence are undergoing gradual changes. This thesis expounds on ″The Order Diagram by Expression of Social Requirement to Habitation″ and an ″External Relationship System of Residence″ and also puts forward a series of problems, requiring special consideration in achieving sustainable development of Chinese urban residence.
