摘要
MoSis an excellent solid lubricant. During the friction process, MoSsuffers the compressive stress, shearing stress, friction heat, etc., which result in the surface changes by oxidation, and therefore the failure of lubrication. The study of friction surface of MoSby X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS) shows that the surface contains Moand Moions. However, the transfer mechanism of Moto Moions is not clear. Our
