不同方式躯干运动时腰部肌肉表面肌电信号特征研究

摘要
本文采集20名健康青年男性志愿者在躯干屈曲伸展、侧屈、旋转以及不同前倾角度运动时腰部竖脊肌与多裂肌的sEMG信号,分析其特征参数AEMG的变化特征,以探讨不同方式的躯干运动对腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌平均肌电(AEMG)的影响.结果表明:躯干伸展过程中腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌的AEMG值均大于屈曲过程(P<0.05),提示向心运动对腰部肌肉的激活程度较离心运动大;躯干由直立向一侧旋转时腰部多裂肌的激活程度存在显著的对侧增强效应;躯干前倾至45°与65°角位置时腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌其激活程度均高于其它角度.
